REPAIRS ON WATCHES
 
All watches come with a one year limited warranty.  A warranty card is sent with your watch including the instructions to send to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
 
BEADED BRACELET REPAIRS
 
All beaded bracelets will be warranted for 6 months after purchase for breakage.  They will be repaired for a minimum charge of $5.00 to restring and mail to you.  Just include your name, mailing address, and $5.00 check made out to Blue Goose Sales.
 
Your beaded bracelets should not be worn 24/7 as they are a piece of jewelry.  If you do wear them without taking them off, you may decrease their life span.  Most are not considered “water proof” and should be taken off when swimming in chlorine waters, showering, or any other long contact with water.  Chemicals will definitely ruin many of the finishes on your bracelet.
 
Many pieces are constructed with sterling silver, silver plated, and gold plated metals.  These metals can also be harmed with various lotions, perfume, and hairspray - just to name a few chemicals that could affect the metal and/or plating material.
 
If your bracelet needs to be re-strung after the 6 month period, just send us the bracelet back with your full name, address, and $10.00 and we will restring the bracelet for you.  Don’t forget to tell us what the finished size is supposed to be including the tag.  If you ordered an 8” bracelet then we need to know that because the length includes the tag.  You do not need to return your engraved tag – just the bracelet for restringing with the overall size you need including the tag.
 
CHILDREN’S BRACELETS
 
Children are very active little people.  If your child is a skateboarder, obviously, he/she is going to scuff the tag probably on day one.  Sooner than later, the metal will become worn beyond recognition and they may need a new bracelet.  However, in the normal wear cycle of a child it should hold up for a while based on the child’s activity level and if not, we would like to hear about it.  We do not want to carry brands that do not hold up.  Try to match your child with a bracelet that will meet his or her needs.
 
If your child is wearing a beaded bracelet, refer to beaded bracelets above as the same would apply.

REFURBISH A BRACELET

If your bracelet breaks and you have all the pieces, the above rates apply.  However, if you are missing expensive silver pieces or elements, additional charges will apply.  If you are able to return most of the pieces, a $10.00 fee will be charged to restring and add the missing pieces to your bracelet if you have had it for 6 months or more.  There are certain styles that will cost more and we will call you with the estimate once we receive your bracelet back and can determine the condition and replacements needed. If we no longer carry this bracelet, we will give you a partial credit towards a new bracelet.   Should we be out of stock of the particular pieces used for your bracelet, we will substitute to the nearest design style we have in stock for individual pieces.  Sometimes the silver and metal pieces themselves become damaged with the use of perfume, hairspray, lotions, bath gel or any other substance that comes in contact witht them.  These same chemicals will also eat through the beading wire and we use the strongest 49 strand beading wire to eliminate wearing problems.  It would takes us hours to clean with Jeweler's soap, Jeweler's silver/metal cream, and Jeweler's Tarnish removal so that it something you the wearer should be able to accomplish.  For best results, do not allow any types of lotions, potions, or substances to come in contact with your fine metal, silver, and gold pieces or they will become damaged.
