Engraved items cannot be returned as they are personalized. However, if we made an engraving error, we will happily engrave another item for you.
Each item has a maximum amount of characters that can be engraved and a maximum amount of lines. If we had to rearrange or abbreviate your terminology due to you going beyond the limits specified, that is the best we can do based on the information you provided.
Unfortunately, our system allows you to type as many spaces and characters you want so that is why we put the maximum lines and characters in red to draw your attention to the limits. If we call you and reach an agreement on what we can engrave, then we consider this your permission to change what you asked for. If we can rearrange or abbreviate words to get as much as possible in without loosing the critical information, we will do so.
